Cai trained at The Enchainement Dance Studios in Prince George, BC under the direction of Judy Russell where he performed the role of the Nutcracker Prince with Enchainement: The Company. Cai is a graduate of the Half-Day Ballet Program at Pacific Dance Arts in Vancouver, BC and was a participant in the Atlanta Ballet Fellowship Training Program in Atlanta, Georgia in the United States for two seasons. He has been a featured dancer with Move! The Company, Source The Company and the International Dance Festival. With the Atlanta Ballet he has appeared in "The Sleeping Beauty", "The Nutcracker", "Peter Pan", "Romeo and Juliet", "Cinderella" and "The Great Gatsby". With Ballet Kelowna Cai has been featured as The Cavalier and Russian soloist in "The Nutcracker", and Prince Siegfried in the pas de deux from "Swan Lake" Act II as well as "Bolero", "Liebeslieder Waltzes", and "Divertimenti".  This is Cai's second season with Ballet Kelowna.
